David Burke and Executive Chef Rick Gresh liberate the classic buffet brunch with American Dim Sum, a rolling cart buffet of culinary masterpieces served in the style of Chinese dim sum.
Featuring over 25 small dishes delivered to your table including creative brunch items such as Almond Pancakes and Oatmeal Crème Brulee and spruced-up David Burke favorites like Kobe Corn Dogs and Cheese Burkers with Truffle Asiago Cheese Skins to start. The rolling buffet continues with heartier selections including Polenta with Braised Short Rib and Steak au Poivre Tips with Creamed Spinach and Fried Quail Egg. Finish your afternoon off with the dessert cart, featuring Fortune Doughnuts and Mini Pies.
